Meta App Review 제출을 위해 필요한 데이터 삭제 안내 페이지입니다. 최종 문안은 개인정보 보호책임자(DPO)가 확정합니다.

1. 개요

AISEN은 지관에서 제출한 사례, 생성된 콘텐츠 초안, 게시 이력 등 서비스 운영에 필요한 데이터를 보관합니다. 이용자 또는 지관은 언제든지 자신이 제출한 데이터의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

2. 삭제 요청 절차

  1. 아래 문의처의 이메일 dpo@wlabs.co.kr로 삭제 요청을 보냅니다.
  2. 요청 본인 확인 절차를 거칩니다.
  3. 처리 결과를 회신합니다.

3. 삭제 범위

삭제 요청 시 아래 항목이 회사의 저장소에서 제거됩니다.

  • 원문 사례 및 첨부 자료 (cases, pii_scans)
  • AI가 생성한 초안 (drafts, review_statuses)
  • 게시 이력 (distribution_logs)
  • 이미 게시된 SNS 게시물의 삭제는 별도 안내에 따라 진행합니다.

4. 처리 기한

요청 접수 후 영업일 기준 30일 이내에 처리합니다. 처리 완료 후 결과를 회신합니다.

5. 예외

법령상 보관 의무가 있는 정보(예: 회계·세무 관련 자료)는 관계 법령에서 정한 기간 동안 분리 보관됩니다. 이 경우 삭제 처리 결과와 함께 보관 사유와 기간을 안내합니다.

Data deletion

This data-deletion page is required for the Meta App Review submission. Final wording comes from the DPO.

1. Overview

AISEN stores case submissions, generated draft content, and publish logs required to run the service. Users and branches may request deletion of the data they submitted at any time.

2. How to request deletion

  1. Email dpo@wlabs.co.kr using the contact channel below.
  2. We verify the requester's identity.
  3. We reply with the outcome once processed.

3. Scope of deletion

On deletion, the following items are removed from our storage.

  • Source cases and attachments (cases, pii_scans)
  • AI-generated drafts (drafts, review_statuses)
  • Publish history (distribution_logs)
  • Removal of already-published SNS posts is handled per a separate procedure.

4. Processing timeline

We process requests within 30 business days of receipt and send the outcome back on completion.

5. Exceptions

Data required to be retained by law (e.g. tax records) is kept for the period the law specifies. When this applies we notify the requester of the reason and retention period along with the deletion outcome.
